Story So Far

Without Walls Fellowship Church began life in 2002 as a weekly prayer meeting, which was started by founder member and presiding Bishop Joan Wilks.

The meeting started with just 6 people whilst working in a local charity based in Nechells, Birmingham.

Each Monday Morning Bishop Wilks would have a prayer time with the members of staff who worked in the organisation.

Over the next 3 years, the weekly work-based prayer gained strength as staff members and others; all of whom were non-christians, asked for more time to pray and as such, the numbers grew.

Ibapt leanoran September 2008, Without Walls Fellowship church was formally recognised as a Fellowship, meeting on a regular basis.

In April 2009 Without Walls Fellowship Church became a registered charity.

The church has since grown from strength to strength and in October 2009 we witnessed God's handiwork as many people were baptised into the fellowship.

Again in 2010 we were were joined by Resurrection Power of Christ Church, London .

From a Monday morning prayer meeting, we have seen Gods handiwork enabling us to develop and grow.  Over the years we have experienced good and bad times, but God continues to be the centre of our fellowship. He has blessed us with times of deliverance, prosperity, healing and renewal, coupled with biblical grounding and spiritual growth.

He has given us new friends to worship and grow with us.

We now look forward to what God has in store for us in the future. Our prayer is that we would always be sensitive to His leading and obedient to His will, growing in His Grace.
